A Manhattan art collector claims that a photographer from Louise Blouin owned art magazine, Art+Auction, smashed their rare 2,630 year old sculpture during a shoot at their TriBeCa home. Reports state that collector Corice Arman spewed forth the typical arsenal of adjectives when interviewed by the press, claiming she was “devastated”, “shocked”, “sickened” and “stunned” by the incident which occurred in May last year. Arman is seeking $300,000 in damages. Reps for Blouin claim no liability.
